The terms for using this website and for receiving text messages from Snowy Mountain Inn LLC. Effective October 22, 2026.
Agreement
By using this website, contacting us, booking a stay, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. "Snowy Mountain Inn", "we" and "us" mean Snowy Mountain Inn LLC, 412 E Bridge Ave, Saratoga, WY 82331.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about the inn, check availability and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with it, or submit false, unlawful or abusive content through our forms. Room descriptions, photos and area information are provided in good faith and may change; please confirm anything important with us before you travel.
Reservations, payments and stays
Online reservations are made through our booking engine, provided by Cloudbeds, and are subject to the rates, deposit and cancellation terms shown at the time of booking. Our house policies — check-in and check-out times, cancellations, smoking and pets — form part of every stay. Payment links we send are provided by our payment processor; we never ask for card numbers by text or email.
SMS / text messaging terms
Snowy Mountain Inn LLC offers text messaging to guests who opt in. By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box on our website form, or by texting us, you consent to receive messages from Snowy Mountain Inn LLC as described below.
- Booking & reservations program — non-marketing, conversational messages about your inquiry or stay: confirmations, secure payment links, check-in details, and replies to questions you have asked us.
- Marketing program — promotional messages such as special offers, discounts and news about the inn, sent only if you opt in to marketing separately.
You can cancel at any time: reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed and receive a one-time confirmation. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 307.326.5974 or Office4SnowyMountainInn@gmail.com.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
- Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or stay.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You must be the account holder, or have the account holder's permission, for the mobile number you provide, and be at least 18 years old.
- If your number changes, please let us know so we can update our records.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number: it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Content and trademarks
The text, photos and logo on this site belong to Snowy Mountain Inn LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our consent. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snowy Mountain Inn LLC disclaims warranties about the site's accuracy or availability and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for your stay itself, which is governed by our house policies and applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Carbon County, Wyoming.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here with its effective date.
