To answer your inquiries and manage your reservation, check-in and stay.
To send booking confirmations, payment links, arrival information and other messages about your reservation.

Booking & reservations — non-marketing messages about your inquiry or stay, such as confirmations, payment links, check-in details and replies to your questions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the inn and this website, who may use it solely to provide those services to us:

Our property-management and online booking system (Cloudbeds), which processes reservations and payments.
Our guest-messaging platform, which delivers the contact form, email and text messages on our behalf.
Google, for the embedded map and site analytics.
Payment processors, for amounts you pay us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used, and embeds a Google Map, both of which may set cookies subject to Google's privacy policy. Our online booking pages are provided by Cloudbeds under its own privacy terms. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Retention and security

We keep reservation and guest records for as long as needed to run the inn and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and inquiry messages for as long as they are useful to serve you. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email, or by contacting us.
Ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us; we will respond as the law requires.

Children

This website and our messaging programs are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
